We had a very nice stay at this property - only one night, but the rooms were well appointed and clean, looks like a newer property, lobby was nice to work in, breakfast was typical of TownPlace with nice options and well setup. Walls were a bit thin and a bit noisy but not too bad. The staff were wonderful. Everyone we met was super friendly and courteous - and made us feel welcome - like visiting family. We'll be back! Thanks for a nice stay.
Nice front desk staff, extremely helpful. Rooms do need an upgrade to match other TownePlace i have been to.
We usually look for Marriot hotels when we travel. We have confidence in their quality. The included breakfast was very good. The complimentary ice cream and hot and cold drinks are a nice addition.
Exceptional service - above and beyond! The person at check-in was incredibly hospitable, astute, and kind. The breakfast staff was also very helpful, accommodating, and responsive. Best of all, the entire staff was personable and dog friendly. They even decorated for Halloween and had a contest to add to the fun.

We had such a great stay here! The location was super convenient close to everything, and we had a gorgeous view of the mountains from our room. The place was really clean and quiet, which we loved. The staff was awesome – big shoutout to Paul and the other supervisor for making our stay so pleasant. They were super friendly and helpful. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in town. Highly recommend!
Gregg was great. Easy to talk with and very helpful. Very clean and the Hot tub was HOT
The staff is amazing! I stayed here for a business trip and had an awesome experience. I had 3 important business calls in the same day and had multiple technology issues. Shazia was so friendly, helpful and supportive. She helped my stress level come down significantly. Every staff member I passed smiled and said hello, even the ice machine repairman (I don't know if he even worked there :-) ). I'll be sure to stay here for my next trip to Scranton!
